Founded in 2011 by D’Apuzzo Brothers, the Holding is a reference center in hospitality and in real estate development in Italy.

Founded and guided by the entrepreneurial vision of the D’Apuzzo Brothers, the D’Apuzzo Holding S.R.L. is a Roman business, based in Palazzo Borghese, and operates in the entirety of the national territory.
Started in 2011 with a small business of guest houses in Rione Monti, in Rome, today it recounts a solid and diversified group. Creating value and opportunity in every project, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit of the two founders, Francesco Maria and Luca Maria d’Apuzzo, today the Holding counts tens of active businesses in the hospitality sector, real estate, brokerages and catering.

There are three D’Apuzzo Holding proprietary brands: Daplace, Brickers and Ospitare.

Daplace commits every day in the valorization and management of estate used as accommodation facilities.

Daplace has been active for the past 11 years in the hospitality sector and specializes in offering short-term rentals in the main Italian Art cities. The company specialises in the rent-to-rent, rent and sublet of third party real estate properties, creating an ex novo receptive destination, or the purchase and valorisation of a hotel, guest house and holiday homes, relaunching them on the market with a wise restructure of both works and company processes, to pull out the unseen potential of every project.

DEMOLITION, RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT

Brickers demolishes and rebuilds existing properties, effectively giving new life to old buildings. The new buildings will be built with eco-sustainable materials and in compliance with the most modern energy efficiency techniques.

RENOVATION AND RESALE

Brickers buys apartments to be renovated and completely renovates them. Often completely redesigning the property, offering a redistribution of the internal spaces that is more modern in taste and needs.

In this phase Brickers is responsible for creating more small and medium-sized housing units, renovating and dividing up large properties which are now finding it increasingly difficult to find a location on the market.
